Excellent customer service. A chargable battery for balloon inflator is not working correctly so I contacted them today. They have agreed to send me a replacement battery even before receiving the broken battery from me. Excellent price and I'm coming back for more.

These guys are the best, when I have last minute orders come through (that keep changing!) they are always at the end of the phone and so helpful, this week I had a particularly tricky group of customers and changed my order 3 times and these guys still got it to me in 2 days.
